THE Metropolitan Licensing Authority, Mr. D. I. R. Muir, last week ordered two vehicles to be removed from the licence in the name of J. Fulton and Co., Lid., of Radnor House, Regent Street, W.1.

"J. Fulton and Co. have been informed of my intention," said Mr. Muir, "and were asked to come and say why, if they did not wish the vehicles to be removed, they thought they ought still to continue on'the licence. They do not appear to have accepted the invitation.

"My information is that neither vehicle on the licence has been licensed to operate on a public road—that is to say, they have had no vehicle excise licence—for over a year.

"They have also been operating when a prohibition notice was in force, and their maintenance record is just about as had as it could be," Mr. Muir continued.

" I am quite satisfied that these vehicles ought not be on the licence, and they will be removed."
