• Walsall-based Transline Logistics has had its licence revoked after a traffic examiner denied a claim by managing director Anthony Shaw that they had discussed his plans to use another haulier's 0-licence.
West Midland Traffic Commissioner David Dixon also disqualified Shaw from holding or obtaining an 0-licence for 12 months. But he directed that the revocation and disqualifi
cation skrmirl not take effect until the allowed for an appeal to the Transport Tribunal has elapsed (CM 5-11 Nov).
