Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

INhen it comes to the birds, Business Express certainly knows how to deliver the goods. Bill Kelly, managing director of the 48-hour parcel delivery specialist, is seen here (on the right) handing over a donation for E11,000 to the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds. There to accept this generous offer was RSPB's regional development officer, Dave Spivack. The money will go to help fund special projects set up for young people by the charity. Business Express has provided corporate sponsorship for the RSPB for the past two years as well as funding for projects set up to help endangered species of birdlife (some would say the Hawk should be on this list). Not content to leave it there, the company has agreed to donate £10 to the charity for each new account signed up by them. This will fund a year-round project that encourages young ornithologists to get involved in the practical work of the RSPB. No doubt there will be a special chirrup for Business Express in the next dawn chorus.
