Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A new range of counter-balanced forklift trucks was launched by Lansing Bagnall in London last week. These battery electric vehicles are designated FOER 12 and the range comprises six models with lifting capacity from 1500lb to 30001b.

Built by Lansing Bagnall product engineering division and styled by industrial designer Roy Haynes, the range sets new standards of comfort for the operator.

Hytronic solid-state control systems are fitted and items such as shock absorbing feet, overhead load gear, padded scuttle and easily adjusted forks are standard. Optional extras include front and rear lighting, direction indicators, safe load and tilt angle indicators, an instrument binnacle and extra hydraulic valves for attachments.
