• The company secretary and at least 10 other staff employed by Taunton, Somerset-based refrigerated operator I...angdons Industries are to appear in court next month charged with drivers hours-related offences.

The charges mainly relate to drivers failing to take their daily rest periods and not marking record sheets properly.
