here's some mighty proud Scania drivers and operators out there. And they tend to keep hold of them for a mighty long time too. The Commercial Motor/Scania Photo Shoot competition at Truckfest '94 attracted plenty of entries—stand by your phones as we'll be announcing the winner soon. But just to get the adrenalin flowing here's a picture of CMeditor Brian Weatherley and Scania's exhibition manager Adrian Thorne with just some of the contenders.
And how's this for a real old-timer. Your avian correspondent was buttonholed by WH Betts & Sons driver Craig lIallam to give a plug to his "Two Million Miler" 111 tractor. "I need to get some praise for the old girl." In the words of the famous television sage Barry Norman: "And why not?"
