Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Doncaster-based S & H Recovery has bought a specially-converted recovery vehicle which can accommodate up to five crew members. The crew cab is based on the Volvo FL4 and was built by conversion specialist Whitacres of Stokeon-Trent.

The upper section of the cab rear was removed and extended back to 1.89 metres from the front wheel hub. The roof is fully panelled in aluminium, and is completely sealed. All main framing is of hardwood and also panelled in aluminium.

The tilt cab is operated by a manual hydraulic pump with non-return valves and a safety stay. The vehicle has been fitted with a Brimec recovery body for heavy duty recovery work.

The nearside is fitted with a single door, with antirust flushfitting licks, opening to reveal a non-slip step well and drop down step. Each side if fitted with three windows, while the rear windows match the FL4's cab door quarter light.

Conversion costs £3,270.
