Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Addressing members of the Vehicle Builders' and Repairers' Association at their annual conference in York on Monday, Mr A. W. Van der Pol, secretary for economic affairs for the FOCWA, the Dutch equivalent of the VBRA, spoke of the changing trends in coachbuilding which have resulted from Holland's participation in the Common Market.

He said the actual number of coachbuilders in Holland had been greatly reduced since the Second World War and Dutch bodybuilders now had a tendency to specialize in the various fields of coachbuilding. He envisaged a growing specialization with regard to material, especially polyester and aluminium.

He also said that since EEC entry the majority of Dutch bodybuilders now carried out far more spraying and upholstery work and were therefore much more responsible for the whole product.
