Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Renault VI has won an order to supply the Belgian army with 27 all-terrain 8x4 breakdown trucks. The order was clinched in a Europe-wide tender including Volvo and Mercedes-Benz.

It marks the first major military application for the Kerax range, based on the 385.40 tipper chassis riding on steel suspension. Power is provided by an 11-litre Renault 06.23.56 engine driving through a ZE 165 221 gearbox with a torque converter and hydraulic retarder. GVW is 32 tonnes with a GCW of 65 tonnes.

A crew-cab can accommodate a driver and four mechanics. Recovery equipment includes a JIGE 65-tim crane with a 10,7m reach, a 17-tonne central winch and a hydraulic towing arm. A platform above the winch and storage area can carry a 6.05m ISO container.

Deliveries of the Spanishbuilt Villaverde recovery vehicle will begin in October at the rate of three per month,
