Unladen weight of the three insulated versions is 6.24 tonne while the non-insulated trailers are just below six tonne to allow payloads of up to 26 tonne.

A Don-Bur designed wind deflector is fitted to the new Courage tri-axle trailers.

Under the design management of ex-aircraft engineer Bob Davis, the company manufactures a wide range of lightweight all-steel and all-alloy trailer chassis plus rigid and articulated bodywork for operation between 3.5 to 38 tonnes gvw.

A new 930sqm (10,000sqft) paint shop will release extra production capacity in the 3,700 sqm (40,000sqft) main body building works. Turnover is currently about £300,000 a month.
