CAR TRANSPORT specialist Abbey Hill Vehicle Services has made works director Brian Rousell its deputy managing director.
He joined the group in 1976 and built up its servicing organisation, and became works director in 1979, with direct responsibility for introducing a predelivery inspection and vehicle rectification service.
Fleet engineer David Bowes, who has been with Abbey Hill since 1974, becomes works manager. In addition to his car transporter maintenance responsibilities, he is taking charge of site development and all workshop facilities.
