THE 1983 revised edition of th Road Haulage Association' Guide to Drivers' Hours, Record and Tachographs has been put lished and is available for £1.50.
It lists EEC and domestic ruler and includes interpretation where the law is not clear, a though it accepts that court could rule otherwise.
