a 23-yearold tyre fitter from Sunderland, who has won the UK Tyre Fitter of the Year Competition for the second year running. The final was held at the Institute of Road Transport Engineers in Telford and finalists were asked to attend a simulated motorway breakdown. Steve's prize included a well-deserved £1,000 in cash. The seven runners-up received £100.
