Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A New Service to Cater for Passengers from Newport and the Monmouthshire Mining Valleys.

HOLIDAY-makers who intend to spend their annual vacation at Blackpool will be interested to know that a special coach service is being taugurated by Ralph's Garages, Abertillery (Mon.). The purpose of this new service is

to induce holiday-makers to travel to and from selected resorts by road instead of by rail.

Commencing on June 24th, coaches will be run every Sunday by Ralph's Garages from Newport (Mon.) and the eastern and western (mining) valleys of Monmouthshire to Blackpool. The weekly return journeys from Blackpool will be on Mondays. The return fare is 30s., and passengers who book from villages in the Monmouthshire valleys so far north as Pontypool can by prearrangement be picked up at their home towns by the coaches travelling from Newport. It is believed by the firm that the services will be popular.
