• Roundwood, that is timber in the rough or roughly squared. is proposed for exclusion from the quantity licensing provisions of the Transport Bill. The Transport Minister had already proposed the exclusion of household furniture removals, carriage of livestock and carriage of goods within and between the offshore islands. The proposed exclusions are to be a basis for consultation.
