NAEETINGS of the Institute of TransIVI port for the 1963-64 session include the presidential address on October 14, the presentation of a paper on November 11 and the Henry Spurrier triemorial lecture on December 9. In the new year there will be papers presented on January 13 and March 9 and the Brancker memorial lecture will be delivered on February 10, all these meetings being due to start at 5.45 p.m. at the Institution of Civil Engineers. 1 The anniversary luncheon will be held on November 5, 1963, and the annual dinner will be at the Dorchester Hotel. Fodens Profit Down FODENS LTD. has maintained its dividend at 12+ per cent for the year ended March 30 last, although the group net profit fell from £235,318 to £185,094. It is proposed to increase the aghorized capital from El+ m. to £2 m.
