Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I N 1 OUR Mick Gleitl e 2006(CM 5 January), the entry on the LDV Maxus van refers to the Italian diesel engine manufacturer VM as "a DaimlerChrysler subsidiary". This is misleading.

The DC group holds 49% of VM Motori. but the majority 51% shareholding remains in the hands of the US Penske Corporation, even though Detroit DieseI.VM's previous parent when it was controlled by Penske. is now under DaimlerChrysler control.
