RECOVERY SPECIALIST t Mansfield Group is gearii up for a courtroom showdor with distribution giant N' Logistics after NYK refused pay for recovery of a truck tt had been involved in accident. The Mansfi( Group has a contract w Staffordshire police to reco■ vehicles in the county.
The precise amount if NYK was invoiced is t known. A spokeswoman NYK says: "I can confirm if NYK Logistics (UK) is proceedngs against t Mansf ield Group.
