N ERF A-Series has just been equipped with Edbro-TFL .covery equipment by G. Ward Motors Ltd of Lower House, ,urnley.

Edbro TFL claims that the quipment was designed to ater for 80 per cent of all ommercial recoveries and ays that Mr Ward is mpressed with its positive ontrol.

In addition to the standard .ontrols at the base of the Tane, the recovery vehicle has Lncillary controls built into he offside rear of the body. The Edbro-TFL crane has a 524mm (5ft) extension boom which is operated by an enclosed double acting ram which has fail-safe and overloading protection.

In addition, the recovery vehicle is fitted with an hydraulically operated winch, and a step ladder from behind the cab which has dual sonic flashers.

The vehicle was built by the TFL division of Edbro (London) Ltd at Sandy, Bedfordshire.
