Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LINCOLNSHIRE police believe that a truck driver doused with acid last week may have been the victim of a grudge attack.

The victim, Sam Bingham, has revealed that he was previously assaulted on 21 January at around 4.30pm outside the South Park public toilets in Lincoln, where he received cuts and swelling around his right eye. Police are researching footage of this incident.

Bingham was attacked while travelling along the Al5 at around 7pm on 3 February. He says a car travelling behind him flashed its lights so he pulled over at the B2105 junction to inspect his truck for any faults. Bingham told police the car then pulled up alongside him and the driver threw acid over him, resulting in burns to his hands and face (CM 12 February).

The offender is described as a white male, aged 35 to 40.611 tall and stocky, with swept back brown hair which is receding slightly. He wore a ring on his left little finger. Bingham believes the A15 attacker may have burns to his left arm as the acid could have contaminated his clothing.

A police spokesman says a 34-year-old Lincoln woman was arrested in connection with the A15 inddentshe has been released on police bail pending inquires.
