Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WHALE TANKERS has built a scaled-down gully emptier, to less than 1.82m (6ft) in width, for use where access is restricted.

Based on Magirus Deutz 90 M6 chassis with a wheelbase of 2.35m (7ft 81/2in), it can be operated by a non-hgv staff as it has a gross weight of only six tonnes.

Fully equipped with counterbalance gully arm and a Hammond 14 exhauster/cpmpressor, this manual control model has all of the features of a full-size vehicle.

Under-body tipping gear allows the use of the maximum length of tank to give a capacity of 2,273 litres (500 gallons).
