• Transport Development Group Ltd has acquired the entire issued share capital of H. Evers Ltd, of Ancoats, Manchester, and of its associated company, H. Evers (Aggregates) Ltd. The companies operate a total of 33 vehicles and are primarily engaged in the bulk haulage of ores and minerals. They will continue under the direction of the present managing director, Mr W. Harvey Carroll.
The consideration for the acquisition amounted to £100,000 of which £1,700 has been paid in cash and the balance satisfied by the issue of 143,000 Ordinary shares of TDG.
