This protective died Lubysit 717 is being sold both in Aerosol jet spray cans g use by individual users and in bulk for use with a paint gay. Silicones and silicone resins form the base of Lubysil 717 -when sprayed on to metal it forms a transparent layer which isists condensation, water and salt-laden air.
Applications in the motor industry include protecting chrome, :.hicle trim, ignition systems and throttle and choke iechanisms. The product can also be used to keep door )elts, hinges, springs and window catches in good working rder.
