New franchise to take charge of Isuzu Truck sales, service and spare parts.
kevin.swattowfarbi.co.uk NEW ISUZU TRUCK UK dealer, Collett Isuzu Gloucester, hopes to take advantage of a blooming local horticultural and landscaping industry for new vehicle and aftermarket sales.
Based in Berkeley. Gloucestershire, and part of the Collett Transport Service group. the dealership is responsible for sales, service and parts for Isuzu Truck UK throughout much of the county.
Andy Collett, director of Collett Isuzu Gloucester, says: 'We know that this franchise will present us with many new opportunities to develop the presence of the brand in this region."
Gloucestershire is home to a thriving horticultural and landscaping industry, as well as a prosperous equestrian-related business sector, he says. all of which are successful markets for Isuzu trucks, "In addition, there are many transport and delivery businesses in the area due to our close proximity to the M5 and M4 motorways," he adds.
Keith Child, marketing director for Isuzu Truck UK, says after initial discussions with Collett Transport Services, it was very clear that both companies shared the same business ethics with regards to customer care. He adds: "The appointment of Collett Isuzu Gloucester, as the latest addition to our growing dealer network, is a natural fit for us all. It is ideally located on the A38 between Junctions 13 and 14 of the M5.1his is a busy corridor with excellent road links to the South-West and to Wales. We believe that this appointment will certainly boost the Isuzu presence in this important area of the country."
