Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Custorner support is becoming an increasingly important tool for marketing used commercial vehicles. It's all too easy to pop up at an auction, bid for a vehicle and simply whisk it away for a new life on the road. Manheim Europe believes offering more support to sellers and buyers. The trading process from one owner to the next need not start and end with cash swapping hands after little more than a kick of the tyres and a glance under the bonnet.

The firm's new scheme. Manheim 360,includes six businesses designed to improve the quality of the CVs going under the hammer and to make potential buyers more aware of what's available, and its condition.

Manheim 360 includes photography, pointof-sale and specification information with restricted intemet links to information about the vehicles before the auction.

It's been put together in a modular format so the seller and customer can choose what services they want. Prospective buyers can use parts of the scheme to identify what they want and the market price.

Manheim Europe's group marketing and planning director Rob Barr believes custom em are looking to suppliers of used CVs to deliver innovative solutions that add value and product information.

He says Manheirn Europe with its 360 programme is in a unique position to provide both vendors and buyers with more than a traditional 'sell-and-buy" service.

Buyers also benefit from a comprehensive range of stock, information, and a choice of buying channels, says Barr: "We can give them all this and then assist them to market the vehicles to retail customers with a full package. All of the services in Manheirn 360 are provided on a modular basis so we work with our customers to develop the best solution for their needs."
