Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Business Post's franchisee operation in Sheffield has unexpectedly closed.

The news came as the company unveiled the location of its new Manchester depot—at Trafford Park, Manchester—a short distance from TNT's Bredbury site opened a fortnight ago. The two companies are currently understood to be in cut-throat price competition with each other for parcel business. And the two Manchester depots are also likely to compete for lowvolume work from local businesses.

Business Post's group marketing director Guy Buswell says the new 2,800m2 premises at Trafford Park will handle small parcel traffic nationwide.

The company refuses to comment on the Sheffield depot closure.

El TNT has agreed to pay a 1% contribution towards employee pensions from 1 July this year, rising by 1% in each of the two following years.. Weekly paid full-time employees will also get a sick pay increase.
