● A public inquiry (PI) on 20 April will discuss disciplinary action against M&R Transport and Warehousing, based in Washington. The traffic commissioner (TC) will also consider the repute of the transport manager during the hearing.
● A hearing on 20 April will look at disciplinary action against Goodyear Roadstones, based in Rotherham. The transport manager’s repute will also be on the TC’s agenda.
● At a PI on 27 April, the TC will look at disciplinary action against Titan Transtech based in Steel Street, Rotherham. On the same day, a PI will look at a new application from Transtec Transport, based at the same address.
Barnsley
● On 11 May, the TC will conduct a review of the Richard Tucker operating centre at Greenside Farm in Shafton, Barnsley. Also up for consideration will be a variation application from A Tucker and Son, based at the same address. In addition, the TC will look at an objection received against the A Tucker and Son application, and consider attaching conditions to the licence all in the same hearing.
