Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

DUTCH MULTI-WHEEL-DRIVE truck specialist Ginaf was declared bankrupt last December and the company’s 90 employees were facing redundancy until Chinese Hi-tech Group Corporation (CHTGC) stepped in and rescued it in January this year.

CHTGC is state-owned and primarily a textile machinery company, but its strategy is to diversify into the specialist truck business, so Ginaf was the perfect fit.

It seems the Chinese are particularly interested in Ginaf’s trucks aimed at mining, like this 10x6 (right). Powered by Daf’s 460hp MX engine, it can work at a gross weight of up to 64 tonnes, with a payload of 44 tonnes. Ginaf will export the trucks to China in the short term.
