Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE second in the series of efficiency pamphlets designed to encourage quicker vehicle turn-round was published yesterday by British Road Services and the Road Haulage Association. Called " Mobile Handling Aids for Quicker Turn-round" the pamphlet describes and illustrates a very wide range of handling equipment, from simple hand trucks to industrial tractors, con

veyors and mobile cranes. It does not include static and semi-fixed equipment, which will be dealt with in the future.

This second publication shows how equipment to handle the great variety of traffic carried by road is obtainable from British manufacturers; it also points out that much of the equipment can be hired, either on a permanent contract basis or for a short period.
