Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

BOALLOY will be showing a vehicle designed by committee at this year's Commercial Vehicle Show to be held at Birmingham National Exhibition Centre from October 22 to 31.

Coca Cola Southern Bottlers, Boalloy, York and representatives of the Transport and General Workers Union gave careful consideration to the driver in the final specification.

The vehicle was designed and built by the Congleton bodybuilder in conjunction with York Truck Equipment of Corby. It has a single-spine chassis allowing the body, based on the Boalloy Localiner curtainsider design, to be built around it to give a low platform height of 0.5m (201n) and provide for a payload of 9.5 tons.

The low profile reduces the frontal area of the vehicle, and substantial fuel savings are claimed.

Boatroy says it is the first spinebox vehicle to enter full commercial use in Britain. Coca Cola, which has a fleet of 400 vehicles, is said to be pleased with the vehicle's performance and has ordered a further 20.
