n Blackpool this week, the 'president, khderman H. C. Mullett, chairman of hesterfield Corporation transport cornnittee, said that the past year was one if notable development. He felt that he Association was no further forward han in 1947, and asked how Much longer could municipal transport operate on the oresent basis.
