Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AT a dinner last week attended by employees, civic dignitaries and representatives of neighbouring authorities, West Bromwich Corporation transport department celebrated its golden jubilee. When the undertaking started operations in 1914 it had four buses; today a fleet of 122 buses is employed, including 108 double-deckers all of Daimler manufacture. Seven Leytands, five Daimlers and two Guys make up the single-deck fleet, the Leylands being underfloor-engined machines built to an overall width of only 7 ft. 6 in. to facilitate their operation on a difficult route.

West Bromwich has standardized on open-platform, rear-entrance doubledeckers based on the Daimler CVG6 chassis, and both 66-. and 74-seaters are purchased. All buses are painted in an exceedingly distinctive livery of two shades of blue, and cream, lined out in gold and black.
