Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

T"eproduced under licence in this country by the Powell Duffryn Engineering Co., Ltd.. Cardiff, the American Dempstef refuse collection vehicle can compress its load to up to three times its free volume. Loading is carried out from the front of the vehicle by hydraulically powered overloading arms which lift the container used over the driver's cab and tip its contents into the body of the vehicle through an aperture in the roof. The refuse is then hydraulically compressed towards the rear of the vehicle by a moving barrier.

Bodies with nominal capacities of 18, 24 and 30 cu. yd. will be manufactured, giving actual refuse capacities of up to 90 cu. yd. The overloader device can handle 6-cu.yd. containers and net loads in the order of 6,000 lb.
