● Disciplinary action against Lancaster-based E Capstick and Son, as well as the repute of the transport manager, will be discussed at a PI on 26 October.
● On 1 November Rudge and Son, based in Littleborough, is due to appear at a PI where disciplinary action and the transport manager’s repute will be discussed.
● The TC will look at disciplinary action against BOCM Pauls, based in Penrith, and consider the repute of the transport manager on 19 November.
Denbigh
● At a PI on 24 October, the TC will look at disciplinary action against Wrexhambased Steve Vernon Transport. The repute of the transport manager will also be up for discussion.
● A PI on 25 October will see M&L McLoughlin UK and European, based in Welshpool, make a variation application. Disciplinary action will also be discussed.
● Fraser Turf Equipment, which is based in Chester, will lodge a new application at a PI on 25 October.
Cardiff
● The TC will look at disciplinary action against Jim Gibbons Transport, based in Newport on 31 October.
