EDINBURGH-BASED RD Anderson Haulage has purchased a Daf CF85 eight-wheeler equipped with an extendable body and high-capacity crane.
The vehicle is powered by the 12.9-litre MX engine producing 360hp with 1,775Nm of torque between 1,000 and 1.41Orpm. Its 28ft flatbed body was manufactured by Kingswells Bodybuilders of Aberdeen; it sits behind the 60tm Palfinger PK 60,000 crane which hasa maximum reach of 13.7m and a load capacity of up to 12 tonnes.
The vehicle was supplied by Lothian Daf or Edinburgh.
