• C D Bramall (Contract Hire), part of the Bradfordbased Bramall Group, has named Henry Dean managing director. He assumes overall responsibility of the vehicle contract hire and leasing company's operations in West Yorkshire, Manchester, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Newcastleunder-Lyne, Wolverhampton and Warrington. He joined the company as marketing director in 1981 after 16 years with Mercantile Credit.
Coinciding with the announcement of a new managing director is the promotion of John Elliott to national sales manager. He joined the company in 1981 as a sales executive after five years with Swan National Rentals as north east divisional manager.
Richard Watson has also joined Bramall as commercial vehicle contract hire manager. Formerly with National Carriers, he was latterly Yorkshire and North East sales manager and, prior to that, Halifax branch manager.
