The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 2010, from 1 May 2010 Changes to car tests and holders of Cl and D1 entitlements gained with car tests taken before 1997 prohibited from supervising learner drivers in those categories.
The Dartford-Thurrock Crossing (Amendment) Regulations 2010, 12 July 2010 The list of dangerous goods prohibited from being carried through the Crossing's tunnels are updated to refer to the 2009 edition of the European Agreement Concerning the lnternational Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road. The National Minimum Wage Regulations 1999,1 October 2010 National minimum wage rates are increased, including the principal rate to £5.93 per hour. The age at which this becomes payable decreases to 21 (from 22).
