A 4.5 volt battery powers the 0.5A halogen bulb for 6.5 hours (or the spare 0.3A bulb for 15 hours) says tiger. The headtorch has a variable focus beam, weighs 135 grams, costs £23.95 (ex-VAT) and comes with a three-year guarantee.
