Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

-IE RHA is not unaware of the existence of the owner driver.

The owner drivers, nevertheless, believe that the establishment cocks an istocratic snook at them.

The decision of the North Humberside Owner Drivers last Sunday to ;tend their activities into bulk buying and freight sharing suggests they e determined to go it alone. Well almost alone because affiliation to the 500-strong National Owner Drivers' Association is now likely. Affiliation NODA to RHA would be advantageous to all.

NODA could be the basis of an owner driver functional group. It could so be used as a test and for some of the Wells Report proposals which the HA rejected. As affiliates NODA could be recognised as part of the !port's two tier proposal.

A trial period of not less than two years would benefit everyone. The ODA members would benefit from the R HA's legal, secretarial and iministrative expertise. RI-IA members would have a ready made list of 3crdited sub contractors, the Wells port would be tested painlessly id with honour and RHA membership )uld increase by 25 per cent ,ernight.
