Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

0 Volvo's latest single-deck passenger bus, the B59, to be marketed by the Ailsa Bus Ltd is fitted with heating and ventilating units from KL Automotive Products Ltd. The Camair-bodied buses have been built by Marshalls of Cambridge (Engineering) Ltd.

KL systems fitted will include three units, the KL 650 Mk II heater plus two KL 385 underseat heaters. The KL 650 Mk II heater unit is centrally mounted at the front of the vehicle. Air is drawn through the heater matrix by twin centrifugal blowers which discharge air at right angles through two 4in, (102mm) diameter ports, into the ducting.

Half of the heater's 42,860 Btu /h at 150 deg. F output is discharged onto the windscren — via four adjustable air distributors — an additional unit is installed to supply air to the driver's feet, the remainder being directed down the central aisle. Temperature control is provided by an engine-mounted thermostat. For ease of fitment and maintenance, the heater, rated at 12fIcW at 150 deg. F (83.3 deg. C), is secured with four bolts. Once these have been undone, the complete motor and blower assembly can be removed for servicing.

Complementing the KL 650 unit are two KL 385 underseat heater units. The first is mounted opposite the exit door' to counteract any incoming cold air while the second is positioned under the rear seat of the bus immediately in front of the emergency exit.

With two sets of louvres, one pitched to the right and one to the left, these heaters, which deliver 23,040 Btu /h at 150 deg. F, ensure that the bus's passengers are kept comfortably warm during the winter, with sufficient air changes to meet bus grant specifications during summer operations.
