Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WITH a total of 43,347 units valued at £27m., commercial vehicle exports for the first three months of the year were a record. During March, 34,393 units were produced, the weekly average being 6,958. Of the total, 14,402 were for export and 20,391 were for the home market.

Exports during March, excluding dumpers and industrial trucks, totalled 14.692 units, their value, including dumpers and industrial trucks, being £9,204,976.

Of the units produced during March, 33,798 were goods vehicles, road haulage tractors and special types and 595 were trolleybuses and motorbuses. Those coming in the first category comprised 18,315 under 15 cwt. carrying capacity, 5,841 from 15 cwt. to 3 tons, 6,701 from 3 tons to 6 tons and 2,941 over 6 tons.
