The legal section was launched in new-look CM last September and has generated a huge amount of interest from operators keen to get their legal queries resolved through our regular Q&A page, or who have contacted us to suggest subjects that concern them. Irience our recent feature on trading standards which has given many of you the ammunition to complain about poor goods or services (29 January), or the feature on phoenix companies (5 February) explaining how rogue directors ripping off our industry can be taken to task.

Now even more help is at hand. CMis offering operators a no-strings-attached free legal clinic during the Commercial Vehicle Show at the N'EC,Birmingham on 23-35 March.

Lawyers from three firms specialising in road transport law will be on hand to offer a free one-to-one, half-hour consultation to visitors to CM's stand during the three-day show.
