BRITISH road hauliers' success in developing new overseas routes had not been jeopardised by problems with permits, Transport Minister William Rodgers told the Commons last week.
But he agreed with Norman Fowler (Tory, Sutton Coldfield) that the difficulty of getting sufficient international permits was "a cause of concern."
