Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

We are at all times gratified to see that the weekly list of donations in cash includes one or more first or repeat collections from works and depots. We understand that additional collections in these categories are now being made. The proceeds will certainly be welcomed, and acknowledged by us as they come to hand. Mr. D. McNeil Sharp, who has given us so much help in Scotland, tells us that he has received further amounts, and we shall no doubt be able to include them in our next list.

We are well aware that the employees of British works are meeting calls of many kinds, and that our A44 Fund can only take its turn. If anything can be done to remind those who are responsible for such collections that our Fund legitimately deserves a turn as often as possibk, we hope that our readers will make an effort to secure that resnonse.
