Ryelands Transport Services in Hereford, which transported soft drinks and fertiliser, will put its 20 lorries and assorted trailers and bulkers under the hammer on Saturday 20 June.
The auction, at Chapel Road, Rotherwas, marks the end of 30 years in the industry. Owner Ted Moses says: "The three Budget rises in the price of diesel since December 1996 mean the bottom line for the company just does not add up."
The company's drivers were given notice of the closure and have all found new jobs.
The auction will have 175 lots; the 20 vehicles include 10 Dafs and ERFs in Ryelands Transport's red livery.
