Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Bill Dcrdds 46 a builder and not only a builder but also an inventor. Recently 'he had an order for six factory-built semidetached homes to be delivered over 70 miles of motorway. On the back of a semi-trailer they would be too high to clear the bridges, so Bill built a trader of his own. It is fitted with a radar scanner which picks up bridges at a distance and transmits the message to the trailer axle. As the vehicle approaches the bridge the whole trailer platform goes slowly down, It can sink to a lin ground clearance whioh just leaven enough TOM for the load to slip under the low bridges. If the trailer has not started to retract within 4001t of the bridge, then a .cut-out automatically shuts off the ignition. So should you find yourself travelling between Skipton and Stockport behind what appears to be an ;inebriated semi-trader, it will be Bill Dodds delivering the first of his factorybuilt semis. I wonder haw the Ministry boys would view an application for the Dodds Dodgem to be placed on the standard list.
