Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

CONSERVATIVE environment spokesman Mr Peter Walker is to be the guest speaker at the Road Haulage Association's agricultural haulage conference later this month.

Other speakers will include representatives from the Na tional Farmers' Union and the Meat and Livestock Commission. An exhibition of equipment will be held in conjunction with the conference.

Organiser Mr Bill Morton, secretary of the RHA's East Midlands region, is confident that this conference will be as good as last year's. Already all accommodation at the conference hotel, Chateau Impney at Droitwich Spa, has been booked and applicants are being referred to an annex.

The social side includes a cocktail party and reception on Friday evening June 25 followed next day by a banquet and ball.

The two national groups of the agricultural and livestock hauliers will be meeting on June 25 at the Chateau Impney. Conference joint chairmen will be Mr G. D. Sleightholme and Mr J. J. Redpath.

On Saturday morning (June 26) the subjects will be "Transport and the farmers' problems" talked about by Mr H. J. Tamplin of the NFU. RHA director-general Mr G. K. Newman will be talking about "Current trends."

In the afternoon Mr A. G. Sains of the Meat and Livestock Commission will talk on the "Changing scene." Mr Peter Walker will address the delegates on Sunday morning.
