• Mr Walker told MPs this week that he hopes to introduce legislation early next year to wind up the Transport Holding Company and dispose of its subsidiaries.
This was deplored by Labour front bench spokesman, Mr Fred MuIley, who said that if the Minister persisted in this action the disposal should be by public tender procedure.
