ljormer policeman Peter Wilkins has been fined £200 and banned for two months for speeding by a Salisbury court. Wilkins was on his way to demonstrate a roadside laser speed gun to traffic cops in Devon. Unfortunately, it was not clever enough to spot the radar trap that snared Wilkins.
