Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Car transporter Walon, formerly Abbey Hill, has picked up a gam-a-year contract with vehicle auctioneer ADT which it describes as the "lion's share" of ADT's fleet sales operation.

Walon's managing director John Merry says the new business is welcome at a time when the car registration market is "free falling".

Walon has also won a new contract with Fiat which includes pre-delivery inspection of vehicles for rental companies, he adds: "We do a lot of related support activity for our customers." The company is moving toward more legislation work. "This has grown from a £4m turnover in 1986 to £10m this year," says Merry.
